Celebrating 275 Years of Ministry!

The Pastor and other Servant Leaders of First Congregational Church of Boylston are committed to building a "culture of peacemaking" in all our church relationships and teaching. We seek to build relationships based on biblical principles of forbearance, confession, forgiveness, and reconciliation. In all these things, we look to the example of the love of God for us, especially in the words and actions of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ.
Many of our members and friends have committed to the same principles, through participation in the Peacemaking Church study, and in signing the Peacemaker's Pledge. The Pledge may be seen on the bulletin inside the rear entrance to the church building. Others who have not had the opportunity to participate in the study have learned and applied the principles through regular preaching, newsletter articles, and items in the Sunday bulletins.
See links under the "Peacemaking Culture" menu item above, to read the Pledge or about the study.
Go to the Education menu item, and select Peacemaking & More, to see a variety of articles about Peacemaking and related discussion topics.
